By accessing and using GPCDeals ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

GPCDeals is a marketplace platform that facilitates the buying, selling, and transfer of Google Play Console accounts and individual mobile applications. We provide a platform for users to connect and conduct transactions, but we are not a party to any agreements between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Transmitting malicious code or viruses
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities
  • Harassing or threatening other users
  • Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
  • Attempting to manipulate our rating or review system

5. Transactions and Service Fees

5.1 Marketplace Role

GPCDeals acts as a marketplace platform. We facilitate connections between buyers and sellers but are not responsible for the actual transactions or the quality of goods/services exchanged.

5.2 Service Fees

GPCDeals charges service fees for facilitating transactions on our platform:

  • Google Play Console Account Transfers: $10 service fee charged to both buyer and seller ($20 total per transaction)
  • App Transfers: $5 service fee charged to the buyer only
  • Service fees are non-refundable and are charged regardless of transaction completion
  • All fees are clearly displayed before transaction initiation
5.3 Payment Processing and Escrow

All payments are processed through secure escrow system to protect both buyers and sellers:

  • Buyers must deposit the full transaction amount plus applicable service fees into escrow
  • Currently, we accept payments via Binance (ID: 579346554 - GPC Deals)
  • Bank wire transfers will be available in the future
  • Funds are held in escrow until successful delivery and confirmation
  • Sellers receive payment only after buyer confirms receipt of deliverables
5.4 Disputes and Refunds

In case of disputes between users, we provide mediation services through our escrow system. Refunds may be issued at our discretion based on evidence provided by both parties. Service fees are non-refundable regardless of dispute outcome.

6. Rating and Feedback System

6.1 User Ratings

Our platform includes a rating and feedback system to build trust within our community:

  • Buyers can rate sellers after successful transaction completion
  • Sellers can respond to ratings and feedback
  • Ratings are publicly visible on user profiles
  • Manipulation of the rating system is strictly prohibited
6.2 Profile Information

User profiles display transaction history, ratings, and verification status. This information helps other users make informed decisions about potential transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GPCDeals and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

9. Disclaimers

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GPCDeals, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
